The breakthrough came in 2014, when tonies GmbH (formerly Boxine GmbH) from Düsseldorf approached Konsec GmbH with the idea of a child-friendly music box. This gave rise to the Toniebox and its Tonies. With the Toniebox, children can experience audio books in a new way and operate the box themselves – a box that meets all requirements for children’s toys.

Konsec GmbH developed and maintained the firmware of the Toniebox.

Together with mechanical engineering companies from the region, Konsec GmbH also develops the stations of the state-of-the-art Industry 4.0 production lines.

Konsec GmbH continuously extends and optimises them.

In addition, Konsec GmbH develops and operates the manufacturing execution system (MES) software of the production plants, consistently applying image recognition with artificial intelligence and Industry 4.0 methods.

As a long-standing partner, we work for Robert Bosch GmbH and develop customised solutions in the field of automotive electronics. Ideas for improvement are implemented jointly and consistently. The “MOTS” and “MESGit” projects are highly integrated approaches that simplify processes and approvals for our client and thus make a major contribution to increasing efficiency.

Since 2021, the nets of MonitorFish GmbH have been closely woven together with those of Konsec GmbH.

We develop, patent and build state-of-the-art networked camera systems that are installed in fish farms. Under challenging conditions, images and videos of the fish are captured and displayed in real time.

A purpose-built artificial intelligence continuously measures, documents and analyses the growth of the fish. In addition, observing their behaviour helps to ensure animal welfare and health.

Early intervention in problems that previously went unnoticed or were detected too late, such as diseases or overfeeding, protects entire fish stocks while conserving resources and sustainably guarantees high yields.

In this way, MonitorFish and Konsec together make a significant contribution to animal welfare and to securing yields in this part of the food industry.

For more than 10 years, we have been a reliable partner of the Verband Region Stuttgart (Stuttgart Regional Association), ensuring the smooth operation of its internal and external server systems. Where standard software cannot meet the association’s needs, or only poorly, our tailor-made software components fill the gaps. We also advise the staff on cyber security. During regional elections, we support the timely publication of the results.

M-Way Solutions is a leading provider of enterprise mobile solutions.
